Awards:
Newsweek- Newsweek has unveiled its annual ranking of America's Best Nursing Homes 2025, recognizing the top 1,050 nursing homes in the USA. We’re the only ones in Massachusetts to make the list for “Best in the USA: 100-149 beds.
US News and World Report-
We are proud to announce that Liberty Commons has ranked among the Best Nursing Homes for short-term rehabilitation for 2025.
Blood Pressure Clinic:
Upper Cape Tech students recently visited The Victorian Assisted Living to participate in a blood pressure clinic. This clinic benefited our residents as well as helping the students gain valuable, hands-on experience as they prepare for careers in healthcare. We are so proud to be part of such an amazing community here on the cape and enjoy collaborating with local schools and future healthcare workers.
Holiday Festivities:
All of our halls were all decked and our "Resident Judges" voted. Oyster Pond was the winner of our Liberty Commons Christmas Decorating Contest! Every floor looked amazing and we enjoyed the festive spirit in our building!

There are no general limitations on visiting. Visitors are welcome at any time the resident/patient wishes to see them.
